Event Description

AAIA's 31st Annual Conference 

Welcome to the AAIA's first HYBRID conference where you can choose between in-person or virtual learning platforms.

Registration Due Dates

In order to qualify for the early registration fee, conference registration must be completed by July 31, 2021 AUGUST 13, 2021 and payment, must be received by August 15, 27, 2021.  EARLY REGISTRATION DATE EXTENDED!!

Registration completed after July 31, 2021 August 13, 2021 will be processed at the standard registration rate.  All registrations must be completed by  August 27, 2021.

Please note you are considered fully registered only when payment (Check or Credit Card) has been received and you have completed the registration online. You will be able to make credit card payment at the time of registration.

If you wish to pay by check, please complete the registration online and mail your check to:  Association of Airport Internal Auditors c/o Michael Gee, Treasurer, Metropolitan Airports Commission, 6040 28th Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55450‐2799.  

For early registration, checks need to be received by August 15, 27, 2021.



In-Person or Virtual?

You will be asked to select your attendance method (in‐person or virtual) during registration. However, we realize the current situation with the COVID‐19 pandemic is ever‐changing and that you may not be completely sure which method you prefer at this time. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to switch your attendance method up until July 31, 2021. If you need to switch your attendance method, please contact aaiaconference@airport-auditors.com to request change. Refund or additional fees will be processed, as applicable.


Registration Process

If you are already a member of the AAIA, you will need the email address linked to your membership to obtain the member's discounted rate.  If you need help, contact info@airport-auditors.com.

If you are registering for several people at your organization, first register yourself than you can add additional registrants.



Are you bringing guests?  The Guest Fee is for participating in the Sunday Night Welcome Reception and Tuesday Night Networking Dinner.  The Event Registration link is on the AAIA 31st Annual Conference page.


Extracurricular Activities

In-person attendees and their guests have the option of attending two Pre-Conference and one Post-Conference extracurricular activity.  There is a golf outing, aquarium visit with boat tour, and attending a Tampa Bay Rays baseball game that are being coordinated.  The registration link is on the AAIA 31st Annual Conference webpage.  A minimum number of registrants are needed for the events to occur.
