AAIA 35th Annual Conference 

Welcome to the AAIA's 35th Annual Conference Registration site.

 

In Person Only

The AAIA's 35th Annual Conference will be in-person only.  Come join us in Denver, Colorado!

Register early and save money.  Early registration saves you $100.


Registration Due Dates

In order to qualify for the early registration fee, conference registration must be completed by Monday, March 31, 2025, and payment must be received by Monday, April 14, 2025.

Registration completed after March 31, 2025 will be processed at the standard registration rate.  All registrations must be completed by Monday, April 14, 2025.

Please note:  You are considered fully registered only when payment (Check or Credit Card) has been received and you have completed the registration online. You will be able to make a credit card payment at the time of registration.

If you wish to pay by check, please complete the registration online. An invoice will be emailed with your registration confirmation. Checks should be made out to the Association of Airport Internal Auditors and mailed to:  Paula Murphy, Treasurer, c/o Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority, Internal Audit, 2001 E. Plumb Lane, Reno, NV, 89502.  

 

Registration Process

If you are already a member of the AAIA, you will need the email address linked to your membership to obtain the member's discounted rate.  If you need help, contact info@airport-auditors.com.

Each attendee should register themselves to ensure proper pricing.


Conference Events

Attendees have the option of attending certain conference events. 

A welcome reception and networking event will be held at Denver Lob on Monday night from 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. MST where food and drinks will be served while attendees can play a fun indoor game that blends the elements of bocce and golf.  

The Tuesday night networking event will be held at the Wynkoop Brewing Company from 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. MST where attendees can play billiards, darts, and shuffleboard in a historic Denver building.  Both dinner and drinks will be served. 

Venues are subject to change.



Guests 

Are you bringing guests?  The adult Guest Fees for participating in the Monday Night Welcome Reception and Networking Event and Tuesday Night Networking Dinner are $100/event (or $200 combined).
