Event Description

As an in-person registrant to the 34th Annual AAIA Conference in San Antonio, Texas, you can register guests to join you at certain conference events.

CONFERENCE EVENTS FOR GUESTS

Sunday Night Welcome Reception,
Monday Night Networking Event, and/or
Tuesday Night Networking Dinner

(Venues Subject to Change.  Changes will be posted to the Website and communicated to registrants)
 

You can invite your guests to join you at the Sunday Night Welcome Reception that will be held at the Hilton Palacio Del Rio at the Stetson Room, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 9,  2024, where drinks and heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served.  The Stetson room is located below the lobby level.  Talson Solutions is sponsoring the event.

On Monday, June 10, 2024, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. your guests can enjoy drinks and food at Be Kind & Rewind (115 Alamo Plaza) a short walk from the conference hotel.  Be Kind & Rewind is part of San Antonio's nightlife experience where attendees will be immersed in the best music, moments, and memories of the 1980's, 1990,s and 2000's.  Plante Moran is sponsoring this event.

In addition, your guests can join you at the Tuesday Night Networking Dinner at the Jack Guenther Pavillion at the Briscoe (210 W. Market Street) from 7:00 to 11:00 p.m. on June 11, 2024.    Dinner, drinks, and music will be enjoyed while viewing museum exhibits. 
 

Sunday Night Welcome Reception ($50/guest), Monday Night Networking Event ($50/guest), or
the Tuesday Night Networking Dinner ($100/guest);
Or, to attend all 3 events is discounted to $175/guest.
     
Fees for ​Guests aged 4 to 20 will be reduced by 15%.
Children 3 and under are free.
