As an in-person registrant to the 33rd Annual AAIA Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah, you can register guests to join you at certain conference events.

CONFERENCE EVENTS FOR GUESTS

Sunday Night Welcome Reception,
Monday Night Networking Event, and/or
Tuesday Night Networking Dinner

You can invite your guests to join you at the Sunday Night Welcome Reception that will be held at the Grand American Hotel at the Murano Garden Salon, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 21, 2023, where drinks and heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served.  It is located just across the street from the Little America Hotel at 555 Main Street, Salt Lake City.







On Monday, May 22, 2023, Plante Moran is hosting drinks and food at the Good Grammar Speak E-Z & Bar from 6:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m. (Must be 21 years of age or older to attend and must bring identification).  It is located a few blocks from the Conference Hotel at 69 East Gallivan Avenue, Salt Lake City.  TRAX, the city's light rail system is 1/2 block from the Conference Hotel.  It will take you to Good Grammar for free.





In addition, your guests can join you at the Tuesday Night Networking Dinner that will be at The Leonardo Art Museum from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. on May 23, 2023.    Dinner, drinks, and music will be enjoyed while viewing the aviation exhibit of the museum.  It is located just two blocks from the Conference Hotel at 209 East 500 South, Salt Lake City.

Or, to attend all 3 events is discounted to $175/guest.
     
Fees for ​Guests aged 4 to 20 will be reduced by 15%.
Children 3 and under are free.
