AAIA 33rd Annual Conference 

Welcome to the AAIA's 33rd Annual Conference Registration site where you can choose between in-person or virtual learning platforms.

 

In Person?  Or Virtual?

In line with our commitment to inclusivity, we are dedicated to making the AAIA's 33rd Annual Conference as accessible as possible while also providing you an immersive experience, no matter how you choose to participate.  That is why the registration fee is the same for both virtual and in-person attendees.

Our reasoning is based on three priorities for our members: Engagement, Flexibility, and Value:
 

  • Engagement:  The AAIA is making a significant investment in technology to bring attendees together in an inviting hybrid environment to ensure all participants are engaged during every session. All attendees will have full access to view the presenters and on-screen presentations and ask questions during every educational session.

  • Flexibility:  We understand some members are not ready to travel or would prefer to consume information in a virtual environment. 

  • Value: We realize that some training budgets are still recovering from the pandemic.  If travel costs aren't feasible for your organization, attend the conference virtually!   

    Register early to save even more money.  Early registration saves you $100.

 

Registration Due Dates

In order to qualify for the early registration fee, conference registration must be completed by Thursday, April 20, 2023 and payment must be received by Thursday April 27, 2023.

Registration completed after April 20, 2023 will be processed at the standard registration rate.  All registrations must be completed by Friday, May 5, 2023 and paid by Friday, May 12, 2023.

Please note:  You are considered fully registered only when payment (Check or Credit Card) has been received and you have completed the registration online. You will be able to make a credit card payment at the time of registration.

If you wish to pay by check, please complete the registration online. An invoice will be emailed with your registration confirmation. Checks should be made out to the Association of Airport Internal Auditors and mailed to:  Association of Airport Internal Auditors c/o Arturo Arispe, Treasurer, City of San Antonio Aviation Department, 9800 Airport Blvd., Mezzanine A,  San Antonio, TX 78216. 

 

Registration Process

If you are already a member of the AAIA, you will need the email address linked to your membership to obtain the member's discounted rate.  If you need help, contact info@airport-auditors.com.

Each attendee should register themselves to ensure proper pricing.

 

Conference Events

In-person attendees have the option of attending certain conference events.  A welcome reception will be held at the Grand America Hotel on Sunday night.  On Monday night, Plante Moran is hosting a networking event that will be held at the Good Grammar Speak EZ & Bar (must be aged 21 or older).  The Tuesday night networking dinner will be at the Leonardo Art Museum.  Venues are subject to change.
 

Guests 

Are you bringing guests?  The adult Guest Fees for participating in the Sunday Night Welcome Reception ($50), Monday Night Networking Event ($50) (must be 21 or older to attend), and Tuesday Night Networking Dinner ($100) can be combined into a reduced fee of $175.  Or you can pick and choose the events with individual prices.  Children aged 4-20 will receive a 15% discount. Children under 4 years of age are free to attend.
