This seminar is designed to be highly interactive.  Bring your questions, be ready to chat.  We’ll cover a range of topics from what is a Business Continuity Plan to how to overcome burnout.  What should an auditor be expecting in a plan, what components are more important than others? How does a good plan work?  Then we’ll learn about a newer concept for many airports – revenue continuity.

Our final topic will be on getting beyond the burnout many organizations are experiencing since Covid.  This one will definitely be politically incorrect so all and any comments and questions are desired.  That is one of the techniques in action.  Talking about the reality and working as a team to make improvements.
