Welcome to the AAIA's 36th Annual Conference Registration site.
 

In Person Only
The AAIA's 36th Annual Conference will be in-person only.  Come join us in Phoenix, AZ!
Register early and save money.  Early registration saves you $100.

​Registration Due Dates
In order to qualify for the early registration fee, conference registration must be completed by Monday, March 30, 2026, and payment must be received by Monday, April 6, 2026.

Registration completed after March 30, 2026 will be processed at the standard registration rate.  All registrations and payments must be completed by April 10, 2026.

Please note, you are considered fully registered to the conference when payment (Check/Money Order, Debit/Credit Card, Wire Transfer) has been received and you have completed registration online. You will be able to make credit and debit card payments at the time of registration. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please complete the registration online and mail your check or money order to the following address:

Registration Process
If you are already a member of the AAIA, you will need the email address linked to your membership to obtain the member's discounted rate.  If you need help, contact info@airport-auditors.com.

Each attendee should register themselves to ensure proper pricing.

Conference Events
Attendees have the option of attending certain conference events. 

Sunday Night Welcome Reception
Date: Sunday April 26, 2026
Time: 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm
Location: Tatum's Lounge and Patio at Embassy Suites
Description: Mingle on the hotel’s patio and enjoy the stunning golf course views.  Drinks and light hors d’oeuvres will be provided for networking with fellow conference attendees. Paid guests are welcome to attend. 

Monday Night Social Event
Date: Monday April 27, 2026
Time: 5:30 – 7:30 pm
Location: Puttshack Scottsdale Quarter
Description: TEE UP. EAT UP. DRINK UP. Come for the competition, stay for the world-class dining and high-energy vibes. Conference attendees are complementary. Paid guests are welcome to attend

Tuesday Night Networking Dinner
Date: Tuesday April 28, 2026
Time: 5:30 – 8 pm
Location: Blanco Cocina + Cantina PV
Description: Both dinner and drinks will be served. Conference attendees are complimentary. Paid guests are welcome to attend

Guests 
Are you bringing guests? The adult Guest Fees for participating in the Monday Night Social Event and Tuesday Night Networking Dinner are $100/event (or $180 combined).

Paid Guests are welcome to attend the Sunday Night Reception at no additional cost.
